my main responsibilities are:
• Reach and overcome sales and profit targets through both Key Accounts and
Channel.
• Plan and develop an effective Channel strategy managing focus Partners
(Dealers, VARs, System Integrators, Service Providers) and recruiting new
ones.
• Build business plans with focus Partners to drive loyalty and growth.
• Build effective relationship and network at all levels within the customer
organization to achieve high level of intelligence and planning.
• Deliver proposals for qualified opportunities, respond to RFI/RFPs, develop
ROI and TCO analysis.
• Update sales pipeline and forecast tools.
• Execute sales training and provide marketing support to both Key Accounts
and Channel.
• Increase demand generation nurturing new end customers and developing
the strategic ones.
Every year, since the beginning of my experience in Samsung, I achieved
a constant, outstanding, verifiable YoY growth in term of sales, profit and
strategic positioning increasing the partner set and providing value to the
most interesting Italian companies, from SMBs to Large Enterprises and PA,
operating in several different industries (Corporate, Transportation, Media,Telco, Retail, Broadcasting, Sports, etc.).

technologies for the B2B market. Ayno focus is on seamless design, sales,
implementation and maintenance of integrated solutions creating innovative
environments and way of working. In Ayno my main responsibilities were:
• Support sales and drive business and revenue growth.
• Solutions design (Pro AV integration, UC, UCaaS, Modern Workplace,Networking).
• Oversee ongoing business operations (installations, project management andpost sales service for national and international projects).
• Lead a team of about 16 people (Milan & Rome)
• Manage Vendor Partnership and Alliances.
In the last few years in Ayno I contributed to achieve a massive growth in
turnover and in average profitability per customer. I also extended the Vendor
partnerships moving from a couple of historical alliances to an extended and
effective network (Tandberg, Cisco, Polycom, Microsoft (Teams), Zoom,
Lifesize, Logitech, Samsung, NEC, Panasonic, Sony, Sharp, Crestron, Extron,
Kramer, AMD and several others Pro AV Vendor and vertical distributors).
