  As part of my On-the-Job Training, I was assigned to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources – Marine Fisheries Development Station (BFAR-MFDS), where I gained hands-on experience in aquaculture, marine biology, and fisheries management. My tasks included assisting in the daily maintenance of fish tanks, monitoring water quality, and feeding schedules. I also participated in the collection and handling of marine specimens for research and learned basic hatchery operations. Additionally, I supported field surveys and helped document various aquatic species, while preparing reports and logs based on field and lab observations. This experience strengthened my practical skills in biological fieldwork and research in a marine setting.
