  As a Hospital Assistant Intern, I supported daily clinical operations by assisting nurses and doctors with basic patient care tasks. My responsibilities included helping with patient admissions, taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, updating simple medical records, and ensuring that examination rooms and equipment were clean and organized. I also assisted in transporting patients, observing procedures, and providing general support to the healthcare team to maintain smooth workflow and quality patient care.
