  Lead end-to-end daily operations for Southern California warehousing and U.S. distribution, including inbound container scheduling, drayage, unloading, receiving, inventory, order staging, FTL/LTL, parcel, will-call, and final-mile delivery. Scaled warehouse capacity from 80,000 to 140,000 sq. ft.; coordinated 500 inbound containers in the first half of 2026 and 1,500+ 40HQ containers annually while directing 2 core employees and up to 10-15 temporary staff during peak periods. Built and enforced SOPs for receiving inspection, inventory reconciliation, picking, staging, BOL control, palletization, and load securement; led root-cause investigations and converted incident findings into preventive operating standards. Own logistics cost analysis and operating dashboards; use advanced Excel, WMS/ERP reconciliation, and automated Lark reporting to improve inventory visibility, identify billing variances, and support monthly budget decisions. Directed fulfillment for an Amazon Vendor Central account with $10M+ in cumulative business and supported high-volume procurement and inbound planning for approximately 1 million cases valued at $20M across 300+ 40HQ containers. Serve as the primary coordination point among China headquarters, U.S. customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and vendors, providing operating updates, risk assessments, recovery plans, and post-incident reviews in English and Mandarin.
