Moreover, I perform the calculation of the upfront fees for all spectrum licenses (including orbital resources); furthermore, I also perform the calculation of the reserve prices for the spectrum auctions such as the AWS-1 and AWS-3 spectrum, radiofrequency licenses and TV broadcast channels.
