annual award ceremonies, company ceremonies, Myanmar special Day events, and international events,
send Holiday announcements, birthday wishes, and seasonal greeting emails.
• By consistently following up to review and extend employee contracts with product TL based on
performance evaluations.
• Support for the recruitment process; including issuing job descriptions, and managing interview schedules.
• Support employees on HR queries and employee relation matters including disciplinary or grievance
handling.
• Implement effective HR policies and practices in compliance.
• Provides consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees, and other HR functions
regarding HR policies and practices, performance management, and other employee relation areas.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase
productivity and retention.
