• Design layout and write 15+ business proposals by doing a thorough competitive analysis on our products and competitors already
available in the country, including FDF’s brand and International Nonproprietary Names (INNs), retail prices per unit, MAHs, Country of
Origin (COO), dosage forms, distribution channel, and registration status, along with the country’s latest morbidity and mortality data
related to the product’s intended use aiming to compare and highlight each molecule potential business value.
• Exceeded the company’s sales target expectations by developing leads and establishing new cooperation agreements with clients in
Thailand for a total value of more than 0.6M$, in Sri Lanka for a total value of more than 0.4M$.
• Prepare monthly sales plans to manage and lead the Int. Sales dept to execute business development strategies, including market
research, outbound calls to prospects, and generation of leads in 3+ countries each month.
• Assist the Int. Regulatory Affairs (RA) dept to coordinate with 10+ client’s submission of product dossiers and Good Manufacturing
Practice (GMP) on-site inspection applications based on each country’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) specific requirements.
• Participated and assisted the company and colleagues in CPhI Japan 2024 by negotiating booth design, inviting companies to visit the
booth during the event, meeting key customers and solving the issues that may appear during the event.
• Interview new interns for sales and business developmet position. Train and lead them during the internship time.

• Conducted 2 out-licensing research by filtering top pharma countries’ FDA databases in Latin America (LATAM), Middle East and Africa
(MEA), Southeast Asia (SEA), Europe and Oceania regions. Looking for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Finished Dosage
Forms (FDFs) manufacturers, categorizing them by therapeutic areas and business models to further identify and select new or
innovative molecules for the domestic market in China. Key findings were summarized into reports and submitted to the company’s
Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) for analysis.
• Based on data sourced from the country’s FDA, chamber of commerce, or pharmaceutical associations, generate one list of prospects
for each country-specific market research done, including 100+ companies matching our products' therapeutic areas and, or
distribution business model, to further contact via outbound calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings during CPhI events.
• Participated and assisted the company and colleagues in CPhI SEA Thailand 2023 and CPhI Worldwide Barcelona Spain 2023 by
negotiating booth design, inviting companies to visit the booth during the event, meeting key customers and solving the issues that
may appear during the event.
