Operate dishwashing machines and sanitize all kitchenware to meet health and safety standards. Manually clean larger kitchen equipment or delicate items that cannot be machine- washed. Restock kitchen supplies, such as utensils, pots, pans, and plates, ensuring they are readily available for kitchen staff. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe handling procedures when dealing with chemicals or hot items.
