I am a highly experienced business professional and pracademic with a unique combination of global experiences in multiple industries ranging from banking (DBS Bank of Singapore and Sumitomo Bank) to business consulting (Accenture and IBM), and capital markets and IT services financing (IBM Singapore and IBM China). As a chartered management accountant (CMA) by training, I also hold a doctorate degree (DBA) from the University of Manchester, UK. My doctoral research study focuses on generational challenges to talent management from a psychological contract perspective.

Previously he has delivered an EMBA module on “Doing Business in China” for Tulane University, USA. In the past he has also regularly conducted ad-hoc part-time programs for TMC Academy, Singapore in collaboration with their university partners in Australia, i.e., Monash University and Curtin University.
