I am an experienced academic professional with Master's degrees in Public Administration and World Politics, with a Ph.D. in Economics, and with over two decades of teaching, consultancy, and management expertise. I have working experience since 2003 focusing on higher education, R&D, and consultancy practices. In my portfolio, there are 47 completed consultancy projects in public management, education, business organizations, a political party, and 23 published works (including 11 textbooks and monographs). From guiding international students as an Assistant and Associate Professor to shaping academic departments and leading in political party roles, I have showcased a dedication to academic excellence and strategic leadership. My consultancy roles involved successful project management, the development of strategic design and management systems for public organizations, and participation in international projects with the United Nations and IBRD. I am proficient in public speaking, and business psychology, adept at establishing connections easily, and with a pro-active life position, I consistently strive for high efficiency. Beyond my professional pursuits, my diverse skill set and innovative mindset position me as an asset to any dynamic and forward-thinking organization. Since 2018, I have been working in China. During my experience at the International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University, I focused on teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate international students coming from countries all over the world. I easily created and integrated the system of education, which is useful for the whole world taking into account the cultural and educational differences of the students. I also motivate students to write and publish academic articles and participate in different world competitions (I have winners in world business case competitions, the last conference was in April 2025).
