Supervising crew in the installation of electrical equipment, fixtures and fittings, and lighting. assessing the customer's environment to determine the most appropriate panel design and location to generate the most electricity. Site visits and enforce safety standards during installations. Conduct system performance tests and troubleshoot technical issues. Analyzing current energy systems and developing strategies for improving efficiency. Design and install solar energy systems for both residential and commercial clients. Provide customer support and manage customer complaints.

Design and implement quality control protocols. Ensure precision in weights and measurements. Verify and certify scales and mass pieces for accuracy. Uphold precise measurement standards for commercial operations. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prepare accurate calibration reports.

Receive spare parts from contractors and manage inventory records efficiently. Perform daily maintenance on operational machinery to ensure consistent performance. Service machinery regularly and maintain comprehensive backup systems. Troubleshoot machinery during breakdowns to minimize downtime effectively. Document, file, and report on maintenance activities and operational improvements.
