Life Line Hospital2023.10-至今(2 年)Supervise and organize the healthcare services provided by the facility on daily basis and ensure that the SOP’s of medical practices implemented properly as per MSDS. Responsible for ensuring that all applicable regulations are followed. Keeping up to date with changing regulations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring staff are trained and aware of regulations. Ensure that entry and exit gates are assessable, no parking in-front and on sides of entry/exit gates. Complete the task of monitoring stock levels throughout the hospital facility are up to date. Check stock levels physically whilst also maintaining specific records to monitor the stock levels. Manage timely ordering and receiving of stock when necessary. Responsible for healthcare marketing to deliver important health-related messages to the community. These messages can help to deliver important, educational information to consumers. This can also help to build a brand for the healthcare facility. Liaison with Operation Theater tentative surgical list as well as, has to ensure the timing of surgery in OT with consultants to avoid overlap of surgery time. Act as CQI coordinator in quarterly CQI meetings. Responsible to renewal of contracts with Pharmacy, Lab, Dialysis, Dental, PNRA, PBTA, and other private and Govt. organizations. Responsible for financial roles including accounting, managing budgets and financial recovery from patients, consultants and insurance companies. Liaison with insurance companies for patient treatment pre-approval, prepare required documents, claim submission and follow-up for claim settlement and insurance reimbursement where necessary. Also, monitor disbursement of payments to related surgeons and departments. Assign work to various staff members and monitor staff performance. Human resources management, such as recruiting, training, and supervising staff, managing employee benefits, labour relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training. Prepare the employee files, get degrees verification from related Gov’t departments. Monitor screening process of potential candidates, include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, checking references and searching for candidates online. After determining a successful candidate, give them orientation of hiring, facility visit, job responsibilities, any probation periods and targets or goals. Responsible for quality patient care management by working with medical staff to develop and implement patient care policies and procedures, monitor patient satisfaction, and ensure efficient patient care delivery.GENERAL MANAGER HR
