China-Austria (Changzhou) Innovation Center is co-established by the People’s Government of Zhonglou District and an Austrian technology group.Leveraging Austria’s technological strengths in precision manufacturing and other sectors, the Center aligns strategically with Changzhou’s goal of building an “international advanced manufacturing city”, driving in-depth cooperation between Chinese and Austrian enterprises in technology research and development and achievement commercialization.Adopting a “Center + Enterprise” collaborative model, it facilitates partnerships between Austrian sci-tech innovation projects and local enterprises to build an integrated industrial chain ecosystem, creating a complete cycle of “attraction, settlement and sustainable growth”.The Center is operated by Shanghai Fusheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., which provides comprehensive support in policy coordination, physical space, and resource assurance, aiming to build a benchmark international cooperation and innovation platform.
