Hainan Tropical Ocean University is a public undergraduate university located in Sanya and Wuzhishan,Hainan Province.It is jointly supported by the Ministry of Natural Resources,the Hainan Provincial People's Government,and other partners.The university also serves as a China-ASEAN Education and Training Center and a Ministry of Education base for international education aid programs. With a long-term focus on tropical marine science,ethnic studies,and ecological research,the university operates 19 schools and offers 57 undergraduate programs,along with multiple master's degree programs.It has strong strengths in marine-related disciplines and regionally distinctive research and talent development.
