What is F Visa China?

F Visa China, a non-commercial visit visa, is usually issued to foreigners who are invited to give lectures, study tours, scientific and cultural exchanges, study tours and other non-commercial activities in China. Generally, the stay time of China's F visa is 30 days, that is, you can stay for up to 30 days from the date of entry. An accurate and true application form

A passport-sized color photo is attached to the application form.

One of the following documents: invitation letter of China F visa, confirmation letter of invitation letter (with invitation letter) or meeting notice issued by relevant units, individuals or officially authorized China Research Institute.

The invitation shall include the following information:

a. Applicant information (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)

b. Information about the planned visit (purpose of visit, date of arrival and departure, place of visit, relationship between the applicant and the inviting unit or individual, source of funds for expenditure)

c. Invitation unit or personal information (name, contact number, address, official seal, signature of legal representative)

For multiple entry Chinese F visa, a copy of the previous Chinese visa is required.

How to apply for F Visa China

Step 1: prepare all the above documents.

Step 2: apply to the Chinese Embassy and consulate. In countries with China Visa Application Center (cvasc), you need to submit your application. Chinese embassies and consulates generally do not accept postal applications, and some chambers of Commerce do. The online application is not available.

Step 3: collect the passport and pay the fee on the date indicated on the bill of lading.

In most cases, it takes four working days. Most countries also provide express and express service. An additional $30 is due for collection on the same day; an additional $20 is due for collection on the next or third day.

Can I take F Visa to China for internship?

Employees of Chinese enterprises with F visa are not allowed to work in China, but there are a few exceptions, such as working in companies with overseas investment or volunteering. During internship in China, arrange visa x, m or Z work according to personal conditions.

The invitation may be faxed, photocopied or computer printed, but the consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original of the invitation.
