Job Responsibilities: - For the company's product characteristics and sales strategy, expand offline agency channels in North America, including but not limited to regional hydroponics, electrical appliances, gardening retail stores or medium-to-large supermarkets and other retail channels; - Build agency mechanism, operate channel efficiency, manage channel sales performance, and increase product market share.

Job Requirements: - 5+ years of North American channel experience in developing and interfacing with retail stores or superstores; - Pragmatic, self-driven, with the ability to break ground from zero to one; - Good communication skills, English business negotiation skills; - Able to BASE US or long term travel.
