Responsibilities:-To ensure the school admits the sufficient and most qualified students according to the admission policies. -Make the annual plan of admissions job and continuously optimize the whole process with effective target management tools.-Initiate and organize marketing and admission activities according to target market analysis and data analysis.-Work closely with Marketing and other internal departments to solicit and give feedback on Admissions job to enhance the positive loop of whole program.Qualifications:-3 years marketing or sales experience in high intelligence markets. Team management experience is plus.-Good English communication skills both in spoken and written;-Have good understanding and be passionate for education or people development, can-do and positive attitude;-Great team-player, always takes initiative and also be supportive.
