Qualifications and Requirements:1. 2 years or more experience in advanced process research and development; 2. Mastering professional skills and knowledge of semiconductor materials, processes, devices and other characteristics; 3. Knowledge and understanding of advanced frontier technologies such as 5nm, 7nm, 4nm technology process development and integration; 4. Ability to define design rules, process flows, process parameters and specifications; understanding semiconductor process manufacturing flows; having technical research and data analysis skills; being able to track and process wafer flow processes; doing data analysis and submitting analysis reports; 5. Ability to propose process failure analysis requirements, semiconductor device characterization tests, and result analysis; 6. Knowledge and ability in etch equipment process development, experience related to FAB production and R&D, and familiarity with FAB etch equipment process debugging and improvement experience; 7. Experience in device processes, ability in computer-aided mapping and the production of photolithographic plate shapes; 8. Education: master’s degree or above in optics, microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials and other related disciplines; if you have very good experience, a bachelor's degree or lower is also welcome.
