This is "Lab-in-the-Loop"—connecting in silico predictions with wet-lab reality.The Role:We're looking for a Product Leader to build the "nervous system" that connects our AI models (the "brain") with scientific discovery (the "body").You will define how AI agent reason, plan, and execute complex scientific workflows—enabling a new era of autonomous science. This role sits at the intersection of our data generation engine and foundation models.Key Responsibilities:Define the Architecture: Design how agents query databases, invoke predictive models (folding, docking), and learn from experimental results. Scale BioMap from "AI predictions" to "AI-driven discovery."Drive Rapid Experimentation: Lead cycles of testing different agentic frameworks. Know when to "build to last"(durable infrastructure) and when to "build to learn"(throw-away prototypes).Bridge "Wet" and "Dry": Translate drug discovery, synthetic biology, and ag research needs into technical requirements. Ensure agents optimize for information gain—learning from every experiment.Evolve the Scientist's Role: Design interfaces that help scientists move from "operators" to "architects" of discovery.Own Product Lifecycle: Take products from 0→1. Define MVP, write PRDs, partner with engineering, and work with business teams on GTM strategy.Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a core product team. Life sciences background is a strong plus; deep AI/agent experience with fast learning ability works.Shipped AI/Agentic products. You've built LLM-powered features, RAG systems, or tool-calling agents. You understand agent orchestration, fine-tuning, and APIs—enough to debate engineers.Experimentation mindset.
