Responsibilities: 1.Local User Research in Iraq: Deeply understand the needs and e-commerce shopping preferences of female consumers in the Iraqi market. Provide support for product optimization through primary data collection. 2.User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user behavior across platforms including Apps, H5, PCs, and social media. Identify potential pain points within products and suggest improvements. 3.Competitor Research: Monitor and analyze the product experiences of women's fashion competitor brands and popular apps used by users in the Iraqi market. Compile findings and propose actionable strategies. 4.New Product Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback on new products to assist the product team in making adjustments and optimizations. 5.User Persona and Tagging Development: Based on user research and data analysis, build accurate user personas and tagging systems to support targeted marketing and product refinement. 6.Community Management: Enhance user retention and build brand communities through social platforms and groups, increasing interaction between users and the brand.

Requirements: 1.Background: Familiarity with Iraqi culture and the needs of young female consumers. Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills. 2.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as Marketing, User Experience, Data Analysis, etc., is preferred. 3.Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in related areas. Experience in user research, cross-border e-commerce, or the fashion industry is a plus. 4.Interest: A strong interest in fashion, enjoyment of shopping, trend awareness, and understanding of current trends in the Middle East market. 5.Language Skills: Proficiency in English; ability to communicate fluently in Chinese is a significant advantage.
