This position is under the Project/Operation Management Department of Sanya Urban Investment,Construction and Operation Group Co.,Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for project lifecycle management, including planning, process control, and completion acceptance; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress, cost, and quality objectives are met; collect industry trends and market information, and prepare special research reports; participate in industrial investment attraction, external cooperation negotiations, and brand promotion activities. Salary Range: Negotiable.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 2.Background in Management, Finance, or related fields; 3.Basic knowledge of asset management, operational analysis, and investment evaluation; 4.Proficient in data and financial analysis, able to prepare operational reports; 5.Strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
