工作职责
1. Assist the General Manager/Deputy General Manager to connect with the local team and business in Russia, upload and release information, connect the preceding and the following, do a good job as a staff assistant, and earnestly provide all-round services. 2. Under the leadership of the General Manager/Deputy General Manager, be responsible for the docking and communication of the team of the Russian Branch, including the arrangement, implementation, inspection, supervision, implementation and feedback of specific management work. 3. Participate in the business negotiation, contract drafting and review between the General Manager/Deputy General Manager and Russian customers and suppliers, and assist the General Manager/Deputy General Manager in business reception, customer visits, media public relations, industry relations maintenance and other related matters; 4. Assist the General Manager/Deputy General Manager to conduct industry research, timely understand market information and give feedback, provide information for the company's operation and put forward handling opinions or suggestions for the General Manager to make decisions. 5. Organize and record the general manager/deputy general manager office meetings and other meetings, and draft and issue resolutions, decisions and other documents.
职位要求
1. 25-30 years old, working in Shenzhen, Russian, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and Russian; 2. Experience in logistics industry; 3. Active, enthusiastic, dedicated and energetic, with marketing desire preferred; 4. Have a good professional image, professional quality and professional habits, can withstand greater work pressure, good communication and coordination ability; 5. Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, high EQ and empathy; 6. Interested in cross-border logistics industry;
