Job Responsibilities:<br/>Complete the whole process of enrollment, including enrollment consultation, school visits, evaluation and admission, etc., and transform it into full tracking and management to parents;<br/>Communicate with parents about admissions through face-to-face interviews, websites, emails, phone calls and WeChat;<br/>Expand and maintain external recruitment channels, cooperate with policies and regulations and company regulations, and implement new student recruitment activities;<br/>Update enrollment data and information in real time, and complete various enrollment summaries and reports required by superiors;<br/>Collecting, reviewing, organizing, and compiling student application documents, smoothing transitions with each grade and assisting in the opening of school activities;<br/>Assist companies and schools in various marketing activities, such as exhibitions, press conferences, online and offline salons, etc.;<br/>Complete other tasks assigned by the Admissions Department.

Qualifications:<br/>Proactive, conscientious and responsible, willing to learn;<br/>Good communication skills, teamwork skills, good image and temperament;<br/>Experience in K-12 education or international school admissions is preferred;<br/>Proficiency in English;<br/>More than 2 years of relevant work experience.
