<br/>Responsibilities：<br/><br/>Provide effective subject teaching according to the syllabus under the guidance of academic leaders<br/>Teaching students according to their aptitude, using various teaching strategies to improve students’ independent thinking and inquiry learning skills；<br/>Help students develop international awareness and humanistic literacy in teaching, and provide regular feedback to parents about students’ learning;<br/>Research and exchange teaching experience, optimize teaching materials and lecture notes, and participate in developing relevant training materials as needed.

Job Requirements：<br/><br/>A bachelor’s degree or above in English or relevant field (with overseas study or work experience is preferred)；<br/>Fluent written and spoken English；<br/>More than two years of teaching experience in English, and can teach two or more related courses is preferred;<br/>Have good presentation and communication skills, strong responsibility, patience and affinity;<br/>A TEFL/TESOL certification or teacher certificate.<br/>
