The foreign teachers are the main class teachers to lead the class direction and characteristics. The foreign teachers in the class are mainly responsible for daily teaching, and another 3 Chinese teachers are assisted (two are as teaching assistant, the other 1 is nursing assistants), Foreign teachers do not need to worry too much about the children's daily care. It’s mostly done by the Chinese teachers. The Department of International Class has its own teaching materials. according to the syllabus, foreign teachers make the indoor and outdoor teaching plan and finish it. It’s a team work spirit in the class so If there are other teaching props that needed in class, Chinese teachers will help together.

Foreign Teachers Requirements:<br/>1. Healthy, no criminal record<br/>2. Experience in kindergarten education or Chinese Early Childhood English teaching is preferred<br/>3. From native-speaking country, good image, aged from 22-45<br/>4. Relevant qualifications: Working visa, English teaching qualification certificate, etc<br/>5. Lively and cheerful personality, enjoy teaching children, like children<br/>6. Have a sense of leadership and good coordination with other teachers
