Job Responsibilities:<br/>Assist in formulating the school’s marketing strategy and marketing plan to improve the school’s brand awareness and industry influence;<br/>Assist in organizing, planning and implementing the school’s brand promotion and publicity activities, and submit publicity plans and evaluation reports for activities and media;<br/>Organize the design and production of publicity materials;<br/>Understand competitors and regularly conduct market information analysis of competitors;<br/>Investigation and research on the psychology and behavior of school guest groups and potential guest groups;<br/>Manage the school’s online and offline marketing channels and assist in the maintenance of new media platforms;<br/>Assist in completing student invitations, on-site reception, telephone return visits, and organization and implementation of entrance examinations to promote the achievement of admissions goals;<br/>Assist in completing other tasks arranged by the school.

Job requirements:<br/>Bachelor degree or above, preferably with MBA/study experience<br/>More than 2 years of marketing experience, working experience in marketing, brand building, public relations in the education/study industry is preferred<br/>Able to perceive industry market dynamics and market direction, deeply grasp market demand, and possess excellent strategic creativity<br/>Familiar with all kinds of media, understand media operation process, familiar with market communication channels, good at digging and integrating media resources<br/>Possess strong information analysis ability and can effectively analyze relevant data<br/>Strong Chinese and English language expression and communication skills, excellent event planning and implementation skills<br/>Good team spirit
