<br/>Major Responsibilities<br/><br/><br/>1. Being responsible for daily teaching tasks, ensuring the creativity and high quality of teaching and learning of the class.<br/>2. Sharing responsibilities for curriculum development, collective teaching and research, display, performances, trips and organizing some aspects of special events.<br/>3. Writing the syllabus and preparing PPT materials according to the required standards before class, participating in research on teaching methodology, writing summaries and providing reflections after class so as to make improvement.<br/>4. Differentiate student-learning experiences through the use of a variety of teaching and assessment strategies in order to meet the needs of all students.<br/>5. Maintain records of student progress and achievement and access to students’ academic, social and emotional growth by using observations, both formative assessments, as well as established set of common summative assessments.<br/>6. Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding student progress on a regular basis<br/>7. Accepting other related tasks assigned by the school.<br/>

<br/>Key Requirements<br/><br/><br/>1. Minimum Master’s Degree in relevant subject area with teaching qualifications.<br/>2. Preference will be given to applicants who meet any of the following criteria:<br/>3-5 years of full-time teaching experience; experience of being a homeroom teacher; teaching or management experience in top international schools;<br/>overseas educational background or exchange experience, bilingual abilities;<br/>ability to manage multiple jobs.<br/>3. Gentle and caring, good at communicating with children.<br/>4. Positive, flexible, adaptable, with high capacity for learning and innovation.<br/>5. Proficient in various office software and office equipment. Well-versed in various teaching resources including digital tools to support and enhance teaching and learning.<br/>6. Experience in operation and management of websites and WeChat Official Accounts shall be preferred.<br/>7. Friendly and cheerful, with excellent communication and organization skills.<br/>8. Hard-working, considerate, patient and not impetuous, with team spirit and spirit of service.
