Sales and Order Management • Quotation and Negotiation: Prepare English quotations based on customer needs (FOB/CIF terms), negotiate payment methods (LC/TT), delivery times, and after-sales service terms to facilitate order signing. • Contract Execution: Follow up on production progress, coordinate with factories, logistics (sea/air freight), and documentation (bill of lading, certificate of origin, CE/UL certifications) to ensure timely delivery. • Risk Control: Handle issues such as letter of credit review, exchange rate fluctuations, and logistics delays to mitigate trade risks. 3. Customer Relationship Maintenance • After-Sales Service: Address customer complaints (such as product quality, logistics issues), coordinate with the technical team to provide remote or on-site support, enhancing customer satisfaction. • Long-Term Cooperation: Regularly follow up with customers, promote new products or industry updates, aiming for repeat purchases or project collaborations (such as solar-plus-storage projects). 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration • Internal Communication: Interface with R&D and production departments to feedback customer technical requirements. • External Collaboration: Liaise with freight forwarders to complete export procedures. 5.
