Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms (wechat, weibo, tiktok, taobao) to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands 5. Able to manage advertising, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding 6. Meeting with clients in order to promote the brand. 7. Making transactions and processing orders. 8. Managing an effective communication with clients (Wechat, email) 9. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback. 10. Able to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
