Job Description- Oversee established accounts and develop new opportunities.- Frequent, consecutive sales skill and product knowledge training of out key accounts- Achieve distribution and growth objectives for our portfolio of wine, beer andspirits portfolio within a specific geographic area and througheffectiveaccount management of existing retail customers.- Introduce new products, promote improved distribution, and ensure in-store promotion results.- ensure corrrect In Store procuct placement through frequent on the spot visitsStay abreast of business/market conditions, intensively plan sales efforts, - recognize new opportunities within each account and report in weekly withresults.Build and develop the trust and confidence of the customers through knowledge of spirits and wine products, persuasive presentations, and overcoming objections.Required Skills & Equipment- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Reside within a thirty minute radius within the Da Shan Zi Area.- Ideally posesses a valid Chinese driver's license - Work flexible hours with some weekends as well as frequent business tripsto different provinces in China- Must be at least 21 years of age.- Word ,Excel Powerpoint - Chinese skills as a plus, but not necessarily requiredPreferred Credentials:- Sales experience. Wine and Spirits sales experience a plus, not necessary.- Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent related experience such as: - Merchandiser/Route Sales Experience.- Wine/Industry Knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals,Wine growing Regions Wine Making techniques and leading spirit categories.
