工作职责
Key Responsibilities: • type candidate CVs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines • input and update candidate and client details to the company database • prepare letters, faxes, job specifications, advertisements and proposals to specified layout • upload and manage job postings on the internet • answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates • manage team diaries • photocopy and filing • ad-hoc administrative duties
职位要求
Key Requirements: • one to three years' solid secretarial, administration and/or PA experience be preferred • sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office) • experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable • fluent in spoken and written English • Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous • responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
