Position: Business Unit ManagerReport to: CEO/Dept. Responsibilities:1. Manage the operations of Business Unit according to established goals, objectives, and policies. Follows direction set by Chief Executive Officer. 2. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. 3. Provides direction and structure for operating unit. 4. Participate in developing policy and strategic plans.Qualifications:1. Bachelor' s degree or above; 2. Excellent command of both English and Mandarin Chinese, overseas experience preferred; 3. 5+ years’ experience in a multinational corporation; sales or marketing background preferred; comprehensive knowledge of localization industry will be a big plus; 4. Strong project experience and team management experience are a must; 5. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and extended team members; 6. Motivated, resourceful and committed to excellence. Salary and benefits:1. Basic salary: 15,000-20,000CNY/per month 2. Yearly bonus 3. Chinese national holidays 4. Working visa
