1.及时准确完成美国公司总账，税务等财务核算与账务处理 2.负责公司应收应付财务处理 3.对固定资产折旧/摊销，商业融资/资金长期往来项等建立台账跟踪，及时完成账务处理 4.建立台账跟踪每个客户应收账款的回款情况，对逾期账款及时跟进解决 5.每月及时完成结账并出具财务报表。 6.与税代密切沟通，及时完成相关税务申报，并做好账务处理。 7.保持与各相关部门的沟通，积极主动，保障业务的顺畅开展。 8.完成领导安排的其他工作。 Timely and accurately complete financial accounting and bookkeeping for the US company, including general ledger and tax-related calculations. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. Establish ledgers to track fixed asset depreciation/amortization, commercial financing/long-term fund transactions, etc., and complete bookkeeping in a timely manner. Maintain ledgers to track the payment status of accounts receivable for each customer, and follow up on overdue payments for timely resolution. Complete monthly closing procedures and issue financial statements in a timely manner. Communicate closely with tax agents to complete relevant tax declarations and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Maintain communication with relevant departments, proactively ensure smooth business operations. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. 本科以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业。 2. 中级以上职称，熟悉美国会计准则或国际会计准则。 3. 美资企业或跨国企业总账工作经验，3年以上物流行业经验， 4. 熟练使用Quickbooks或其他美资企业财务系统。 5. 良好的英语读写能力，良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力与团队精神。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management or related majors. Intermediate professional title or above; familiar with US GAAP or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Experience in general ledger accounting for US-funded enterprises or multinational corporations; minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics industry. Proficient in using QuickBooks or other financial systems commonly used in US-funded enterprises. Good English reading and writing skills; strong communication and coordination abilities; ability to work under pressure and teamwork spirit.
