Responsible for the overall logistics operation of domestic consolidation warehouses/global overseas warehouses (distributed in North America/Europe/Australia and other countries)/global overseas distribution. 2. Establish a management standard process system for warehouse and distribution operations, and be responsible for overall management related indicators. 3. Strong experience in on-site operation and management of domestic self operated warehouses. 4. Management of domestic logistics teams in the United States. 5. Having experience in on-site management of self operated warehouses is essential for both domestic and overseas warehouse distribution operations under the B2C/B2B model. 3. Has good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and excellent team management skills. 4. More than 8 years of experience in B2C/B2B warehouse and distribution management (overseas warehouse and distribution management experience is required, mainly in Europe, America, and Australia) 5. Strong experience in team management, combined with on-site and headquarters management experience
