工作职责
1. Coordinating and arranging the chairman's daily work schedule and various activities, and did a good job in office services; 2. In charge of coordinating the itinerary of the chairman's business trip and arranging business trips; 3. In charge of organizing various meetings attended by the chairman, meeting minutes record keeping, drafting meeting decisions and other relevant documents; 4. In charge of sending and receiving files, recording and tracking of various documents, such as the daily turnover, of the chairman's office; 5. Reminding the chairman to give instructions and reply relevant work; 6. In charge of the communication and urging of the work deployed by the chairman; 7. In charge of other matters assigned by the chairman.
职位要求
1. Master degree or above, major in finance, economics or related; Native English speaker; 2. Good image and temperament, strong sense of service, excellent language skills and communication skills; 3. Great writing skills, good at official document writing, solid writing skills, proficient in office software and office equipment use; 4. Strong sense of service and good sense of confidentiality; 5. Able to work under pressure, adapt to overtime work and accept short-term business trips;
