Chef with French cuisine experience needed (Shanghai) Chef or Kitchen Manager:A Chef or Kitchen Manager is needed for a new French cafe opening in a new luxury mall. The Chef or Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the restaurant-cafe, cafe kiosk and any catering services. The Chef or Kitchen Manager is responsible for the management the kitchen, mentoring staff, staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory controls, food/labor cost, and kitchen.
