Job Description/Responsibilities•Lead the launch of Global OEM QCD systems in our China facilities•Lead manufacturing and quality teams on all facility installations and program launches•Lead, educate, and implement lean initiatives. Set policy, implement and enforce 5s, (PFEP)-place for every part. Standardize discipline Kan Ban systems, FIFO to promote good material flow and reduce inventory. Eliminate waste through the manufacturing and administrative processes. Demand continuous improvement through the establishment of sound metrics and formal disciplined progress updates.•Makes a substantial contribution to the growth of the manufacturing organization by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employees: maintaining a safe work environment: developing personal growth and opportunities.•Inspires new employees to become leaders by promoting harmony and teamwork: maintaining good sound business practices: enforcing standards; improving products and processes.•Job function will require consistent travel around Asia as well as extended trips to our USA & European divisions •Please send resume to(login to view email)

The Successful Applicant Should Have/Be:•Experience with Global Quality systems and embraces the QCD expectations of OEM Manufacturing and Lean Systems (5+ years in managing and implementing Lean manufacturing , 5+ years of machining experience)•Excels in trouble shooting and translates problems into practical solutions. Accomplishes organizational objectives by communicating expectations: planning, monitoring, coaching, motivating, counseling and disciplining employees•Manufacturing, Quality, and Leadership Experience in multiple geographical regions (15+ years in increasing responsibility management positions)•Exceptional communication skills– Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin a big advantage in execution of responsibilities•Familiar with China Manufacturing challenges with track record of success•Currently residing legally in China a plusJob Details•Full time position, Based out of JingAn District, Shanghai•Frequent travel to Chongqing and Hangzhou China (50% +)
