Responsible for translation, editing, MTPE (Machine Translation Post-Editing), and managing tight deadlines for assigned documents, ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of translations. Passionate about translation, with strong English proficiency and excellent Chinese language skills. Collaborate with team members and follow company leadership arrangements to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Role Details: The role primarily involves English-to-Chinese translation in legal, financial, and economic fields, including but not limited to prospectuses, HKEX opinions, investment documents from fund companies and investment banks, fund constitutions, legal agreements and contracts, litigation documents (such as court submissions, summons, writs of summons in Hong Kong courts), PitchBooks, memorandums and articles of association, annual reports, circulars, and due diligence reports. The candidate may also handle medical translations at a general professional level (e.g., business sections of medical company IPOs), commercial translations not requiring deep non-financial/legal expertise, press releases, and general translations. Proficiency in both Simplified Chinese and Hong Kong-style Traditional Chinese is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with TEM-4 (Test for English Majors Level 4) certification and prior experience in financial report translation. Good English listening and speaking skills; translation experience is preferred. Detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and responsible. Strong teamwork skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and fast learning ability.
