Job Responsibilities: 1. Development of global digital marketing communication and branding strategy strategy 2. Development of global new product launch integrated communication strategy 3. Development of global integrated communication strategy for on-sale models 4. Quarterly or monthly global integrated communication strategy development 5. Responsible for the photo and video shooting 6. Responsible for POSM creative works 7. Assistance of development of quarterly regional marketing guidelines for retail markets, including communication theme plans, event plans for model communication, etc. 8. Responsible for regional marketing communication manager work guidance and their communication strategy implementation results evaluation and optimization

Job Requirements: 1. English proficiency, Chinese language proficiency is preferred. Familiar with the overseas market（Especially Australia, New Zealand and Latin America）. 2. No less than six years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies for products or brands, with working experience in the automotive industry is preferred. With rich experience in executing integrated marketing communication strategies including PR, advertising, online and offline communication planning, social media, digital marketing communication, etc. 3. Active thinking, with creative consciousness, good understanding of global mainstream communication and marketing trends, in-depth understanding and insight into consumer trends and customer psychology 4. Excellent creative ability and global vision, 5. Good sense of cross-border cultural teamwork, with a continuous learning attitude and desire 6. Mainstream Japanese, Korean, German car brands or global strategy or creative agency related experience is preferred 7. Accept to work in Hangzhou 8. Accept occasional business trips (within or outside China) 9. Hard-working spirit
