• Contract Adviser will demonstrate a strong attention to detail • The candidate analyzes contracts in compliance with the company rules • Ensures that all of our contracts conform to legislative requirements • Collaborate with sales team and internal business partners on contract details • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms • Work with legal and all relevant involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance • Reviewing and update existing contracts when legal changes are made • Compose and review language of contracts to meet company standards

• Chinese language degree with the ability to read contracts • Experience in administration works • Strong analytical and time-management skills • Keen attention to detail • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, German language skills would be an advantage
