Identify and receive Customer Service inquiries, pre-sales questions, and technical issues through telephone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge. 2. Provide follow up service and fulfill callback requests through phone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge. 3. Escalate customer complaints and outstanding issues to CSE and Team Leader. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely feedback and result to queries received. 5. Fulfill any projects or assignments given by immediate superior.
