Job Responsibilities Responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service to customers in the Dutch market, ensuring customer satisfaction and actively maintaining the company's brand image; Proficient in Dutch and English, communicate with Dutch customers in multiple languages via phone, email or online chat tool, answer customer questions, handle customer complaints and provide guidance on product usage; In-depth understanding of the company's products and services, providing professional solutions to customer needs, and coordinating internal resources to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner; Regularly summarize and analyze customer feedback, and provide valuable suggestions for product and service improvement; Tracking the status of customer orders, ensuring the smooth execution of orders, and providing timely feedback to customers on the progress of orders; Paying attention to the industry dynamics, competitive situation and customer demand changes in the Dutch market, providing information support for the company's market strategy adjustment; Maintaining close communication with other departments such as sales, product, technology, etc., to ensure cross-departmental collaboration in solving customer problems;
职位要求
The Successful Candidate: - Fluency in Dutch with excellent speaking and writing skills - Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure - A self-starter with mature and balanced reasoning - Positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward in career - Excellent time management and documentation skills - Works well in a team environment - Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Customer service experience preferred - Availability for flexible work hours (weekends/evening)
