工作职责
Job Responsibilities Responsible for providing professional and efficient technical support and customer service to customers in the French market to ensure customer satisfaction; Receive customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions through telephone, email and other channels, and give timely response and treatment; Record, track and analyze customer feedback and report regularly on the progress and problems of customer support work; Provide technical support services such as product usage guidance and troubleshooting according to customer needs; Assist the sales team to process customer orders, follow up the progress of orders and ensure the smooth execution of customer orders; Pay attention to the industry dynamics and competitors' situation in the French market, and provide timely feedback to the company on market information and suggestions; Maintain close communication with other departments within the company to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective fulfillment of customer needs;
职位要求
The Successful Candidate: - Fluency in French with excellent speaking and writing skills - Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure - A self-starter with mature and balanced reasoning - Positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward in career - Excellent time management and documentation skills - Works well in a team environment - Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Customer service experience preferred - Availability for flexible work hours (weekends/evening)
