工作职责
1. Daily customs clearance operations: Responsible for customs declaration of import and export goods (import and export licenses, import and export declarations). Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers and government entities to ensure timely clearance. - Process and verify all trade-related documents (such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, licenses, etc.). 2, compliance and risk management: - Continuously monitor and interpret the latest customs regulations, trade agreements and policy changes in Singapore and MY to ensure that the company's operations are always in compliance. - Conduct threat and risk assessments of the company's trading activities, and promptly detect and correct problems. Various trade licenses and certificates required by the management company (such as strategic goods control licenses, etc.). 3. Cost optimization: Provide professional advice on classification (HS Code), customs valuation, rules of origin, etc., to reduce tariff costs and improve efficiency. Optimize customs clearance process, screen customs clearance resources to reduce operating costs. 4. File management: Maintain electronic and paper archives of all trade and customs-related records to ensure their completeness and accuracy (required by law to be kept for at least 5 years).
职位要求
1. University degree or above, international trade, logistics, supply chain management is preferred. 2. Priority will be given to holders of Singapore Customs Registration. At least 2 years of experience in customs, trade compliance or related fields in Singapore. 4. Familiar with Singapore's HTS classification, the Customs Act, the Goods and Services Tax Act, import and export control regulations, and relevant trade agreements. 5. Singaporean nationality is preferred, followed by personnel of other nationalities who work in Singapore.
