1. Responsible for process debugging of overseas PECVD equipment and customer process training. 2. Investigate anomalies in cell efficiency and analyze the causes of defects. 3. Train and supervise subordinates and ensure discipline. 4. Complete process acceptance projects for customer site CVD equipment. 5. Assist in improving cell efficiency and yield enhancement through integration. 6. Provide regular reports on the situation at customer sites.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, materials, photovoltaics, or vacuum-related fields. 2. Strong communication skills and preference for candidates with a Chinese background who are proficient in Mandarin and English. 3. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, quick learning, and the ability to handle pressure effectively. 4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry or vacuum coating-related process development. 5. Familiarity with circuit diagrams, mechanical drawings, and experience with office software. 6. Preference for candidates with Mandarin and English proficiency.
