Responsible for market development and project acquisition of overseas municipal investment bonds, deeply connecting with local government platforms, municipal investment companies, and other issuers, identifying financing needs, and providing customized solutions. 2. Lead the full process of overseas bond issuance, including drafting financing proposals, designing issuance plans, coordinating with international rating agencies, etc., ensuring projects comply with overseas regulatory requirements. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to complete primary and secondary market sales of overseas bonds, participate in pricing strategy formulation, roadshow arrangements, and follow-up on investor feedback, ensuring the smooth completion of the issuance.

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a regular higher education institution, majoring in finance, economics, law, or accounting, with a solid knowledge system in cross-border finance. 2. Over 3 years of experience in the overseas bond market, familiar with overseas municipal investment bond issuance rules, transaction structures, and relevant laws and regulations. 3. Possess high-quality issuer and investor resources, capable of independently handling project acquisition and client maintenance. 4. Proficient in English reading and writing, able to liaise effectively with overseas institutions, and possess cross-border project communication and coordination skills.
