Conduct relevant research projects, collect and analyse data, and write scholarly papers and reports to promote the development and advancement of the field of dental nursing. 3, Provide support and guidance to students. Answer students' questions, provide study advice, assess students' progress and performance, and provide students with necessary assistance and resources. 4, Regularly assess the effectiveness of the course and student learning outcomes. Collect feedback from students, analyse teaching effectiveness, and make course improvement and optimisation as needed. 5, Participate in academic exchange activities. Participate in academic conferences, seminars and lectures, communicate with other scholars and experts, and share research results and experiences in order to promote academic cooperation and progress.

1. Possess a master's or doctoral degree in oral care, oral medicine, and other related fields. 2. Possess certain clinical practice experience, familiar with the workflow and operating standards of dental care. 3.
