工作职责
I. Execution and Advancement of Sell-Out Sales Targets Based on the strategic direction set by superiors, refine the omni-channel Sell-Out operation strategy for the 3C consumer accessories category in the responsible country (Mexico). Decompose the annual Sell-Out sales targets and market share growth indicators, formulate monthly/quarterly implementation plans, and supervise their implementation to ensure the achievement of phased and annual terminal sales targets. Lead the optimization of terminal sales channels. By analyzing the terminal sales data of retailers, reasonably adjust the channel layout, regularly monitor the terminal inventory turnover, improve the efficiency of capital recovery, and promptly report problems encountered in the implementation and optimization suggestions to superiors. Be responsible for sorting out the processes of Mexican customs, familiarizing with Mexican customs clearance policies, and ensuring the priority shipment of goods. II. Terminal Market Customer Management and Brand Penetration Organize and carry out localized promotional activities to promote in-depth penetration of the brand in the terminal market, and report customer development and sales results to superiors. Coordinate resources to provide targeted empowerment training and promotional support for customers at different levels. Regularly evaluate customer loyalty and Sell-Out sales efficiency, and form analysis reports for superiors' decision-making reference to enhance the cooperation stickiness and sales performance of terminal customers. Monitor the dynamics of the terminal market in real time, conduct in-depth analysis of consumers' terminal purchase preferences and competitors' terminal marketing strategies (such as terminal price wars, promotion of model selling points). Based on the analysis results, put forward suggestions for optimizing terminal product display and adjusting pricing strategies, and promote the implementation after approval by superiors. III. Sell-Out Data-Driven Decision-Making and Risk Response Regularly analyze core indicators such as Sell-Out data, terminal channel inventory, and terminal sales rate, form data reports, and extract terminal sales trends, problems and suggestions to provide accurate data support for superiors' decision-making. Identify terminal market risks (such as changes in terminal policies, the impact of competitors' terminal promotions), formulate preliminary terminal sales emergency plans and submit them to superiors for review. Improve the plans under the guidance of superiors to ensure the stability and compliance of terminal operations, and promptly report the terminal risk response situation.
职位要求
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. More than 3 years of sales/operation experience in the mobile phone industry, and more than 2 years of overseas market team management experience. Familiar with the consumer electronics industry and have Sell-Out experience. English or Spanish as the working language. Understand the cultural differences in the Latin American market, and have cross-cultural communication and team management experience.
