Job Responsibilities Architecture Design and Management: Responsible for the planning, design and optimization of the company's overall software architecture to ensure the stability, scalability and security of the architecture. Lead the architectural decisions of key projects, formulate technical standards and technology selection, and ensure the rationality and advancement of technical solutions. Monitor architecture implementation, assess architecture quality, and identify and resolve architecture level issues in a timely manner. Technical team leadership and development: Form and manage the software architecture team, clarify team members' responsibilities, and improve the team's technical capability and collaboration efficiency. Formulate the development plan for the technical team, provide training and development opportunities for team members, and promote the common growth of individuals and the team. Create a positive technical learning environment and promote technical innovation and best practice sharing. Technical problem solving and decision making: Organize technical research and provide solutions to technical problems and challenges facing the company. Participate in the company's major technical decisions and provide technical support and suggestions for the company's strategic development. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication: Work closely with product, R&D, testing and other departments to ensure that the software architecture matches business needs, development progress and quality requirements. Coordinate resources to promote cross-departmental technical cooperation and project progress.

Requirements - Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields, with solid foundation in computer theory. - More than 10 years of working experience in software architecture or related fields, experience in large-scale projects or complex system architecture is preferred. - Proficient in software architecture design principles and methods, with rich practical experience in architecture design. - Familiar with mainstream technology frameworks and development tools, with technology selection and evaluation capabilities. - Excellent technical analysis and problem solving skills, able to think independently and innovate. - Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to work under pressure. - Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate resources to solve problems. - Strong technical insight and learning ability, able to continuously focus on and learn new technologies.
