工作职责
1. Regional market development and customer acquisition: Conduct preliminary market research according to company requirements, continuously collect customer information, focus on key customers, and develop customer acquisition plans;
2. Achieve sales targets: Complete customer visit tasks as required by the company, generate orders, and achieve sales goals;
3. Maintain relationships with new customers who have established initial contact with the company: Complete communication and regular visit tasks as required by superiors.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree, CET-4/CET-6 in English, and proficient in spoken English for professional use;
2. Willing to work in Mexico;
3. 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial products trade industry;
4. Proven track record of successfully entering new markets and acquiring new clients, achieving sales breakthroughs;
5. Sales knowledge and skills: Proficient in the basic concepts, methods, tools, and techniques of B2B sales, with corresponding professional abilities;
- Information gathering ability: Able to quickly collect market/industry/competitor intelligence to support decision-making;
- Customer relationship building ability: Able to keenly understand customer needs, establish long-term and deep connections with clients, increase product sales, and extend the customer lifecycle;
- Communication and negotiation skills: Able to achieve win-win outcomes with clients through communication and negotiation, establishing long-lasting cooperative relationships;
6. Product technical knowledge: Able to quickly learn and master industrial products trade knowledge, preferably with experience selling similar products or with a technical background where relevant technical knowledge is transferable;
7. Familiar with the manufacturing industries related to automation, machinery manufacturing, molds, and automotive parts;
8. Strong communication, verbal and written expression, and coordination skills.
